NevadaCare, currently inactive, is a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) in Nevada. Its membership receives care through a comprehensive network of nearly 4,000 providers. Founded in 1991 and licensed as a domestic HMO in Nevada in 1995, NevadaCare is headquartered in Las Vegas and is a multi-state HMO, with operations in Iowa ("dba Iowa Health Solutions") and Illinois ("dba Illinois Health Solutions"), where its membership receives care through a comprehensive network of 6,500 providers.
